Before you start the balancing and detoxing 5-day protocol
Note that although this is a 5-day protocol per cycle, it is recommended to repeat the cycle so total of 10 days. If you can do it 30 days, it is the best. I like the Lifewave balancing and detoxing protocol because it balances and detoxes our body based on our body’s clock. For example, during the day, we wear the Glutathione patch because glutathione is our master antioxidant. During the night, we wear the Silent Nights patch because that elevates the production of melatonin which is another antioxidant that is active at night for repairing. The Silent Nights patch also helps us sleep deeper and does more detoxing and balancing.
We want to be super conscious about not adding more toxins to our body during detoxing. This includes the food we eat, water we drink, our household products, skincare products, and most importantly our stress level!

Time Commitment
You must commit all 5 days without skipping a day otherwise the balancing and detoxing will not work.
Pick a time to start for your day protocol and must be consistent. E.g. Start your day protocol at 8 am and complete at 8 pm. Start your night protocol at 8 pm and complete at 8 a.m.
During the balancing and detoxing
Only wear the patches mentioned above. Skip wearing your X39 patch or other patch.
Make sure you go for a walk to get clean air into your lungs than breathing recycled air in your house. Open the windows when you can if it is not cold outside.
Must drink a lot of water! More than what you normally drink. At least 2 liters.
It is very important about the quality of water because we don’t want to add more toxins into our body. This includes the water we drink and the water we use for shower for our skin and hair. Food
Please try to eat non-processed food, more veggies and fruits.
Try to only use non-processed spices and sauce such as salt and pepper and avoid other sauce.
Try to eat only good oil such as coconut oil, avocado oil, and olive oil. Don’t cook your olive oil.
Skincare/Household Products
Try to use very clean skincare products. Since we are doing detoxing, we don’t want to add more toxins to the body.
Try to use non harmful household products such as teatree oils, baking soda, white soap, and vinegar. See Home Tips for more suggestions.
Noticing
Pay attention to your energy level, your sleep, mood, skin, vision, senses and water and bowel movement. Make a journal of it everyday.
