It is important to gear up! There are many ways to travel safe.

  • Keeping a healthy gut is very important during traveling especially you will be eating food that is cooked in unfamiliar kitchens.

  • Keep your nostrils clean. Rinse your nostrils as often as possible.

  • Keep your throat well lubricated and protected. Young Living’s cough drops are great for the throat especially when you feel even a little bit of scratchy throat.

  • Drinking hot water with lemon if possible. This is great for the throat too.

  • Traveling requires some brain power to make adjustment to the different environment. Take high quality Omega oil which is food for the brain.

  • Consume extra greens supplements from fresh vegetables and fruits daily during traveling.

  • Bring a diffuser to cleanse the air in the hotel. Use essential oils such as tea tree oil, grapefruit, lavender, thieves, geranium, and lemon.

  • Peppermint oil is great for indigestion or nausea.

  • Baking soda is great for mosquito bites. Simply add some water to form a paste and put it directly on the bites.

  • When check into a hotel, sanitize all the door knobs (inside & outside your room), counter, toilet seat, flush, sink and shower faucet handles, and especially the TV remote control.

  • Bring your own pillows and bedsheets if possible.

  • Bring first aid kit and homeopathic remedies.

  • Drink lots of freshly squeezed grapefruit juice and bottled water unless you are in a country where the water quality is superb such as in Iceland.

  • Look for comfort food restaurant and eat local fresh vegetables & fruits. Reduce your food portion by at least 10% to ease the body from digesting the food.

  • Relax and enjoy every moment of your vacation. Don’t think about work or any problems at home. Don’t check your phone for every notification unless it is an emergency. Change your app notification tones before the trip! This will extend the quality of your traveling and also improve your post vacation energy.

  • Appreciate the scenery and the change of lights on the road.

  • Don’t forget to leave a tip for the hotel housekeeper when you check out. Their gratitude of your little token of thanks for their under appreciated job goes a long way for sending positive energy back to you!
